J Wakefield Brewing Fundraiser
J Wakefield Brewing is an independent Miami based brewery handcrafting signature Florida Weiss’s & other beers in Wynwood. We reached out to them in hopes of using their gorgeous facility to raise funds. November 2021 was a tough months as we took in a lot of medical cases and this event allowed us to fully pay our veterinarians back for all services rendered. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity and hope that you all take some time and have a beer at J Wakefield someday soon!
Goat Yoga Fundraiser
We were fortunate enough to work with Anjane, our lovely yoga instructor and the Ferguson Vet Program to bring a unique fundraiser that everyone could enjoy. It was definitely an experience we will never forget!
Eden Roc Puppy Yoga
We had the pleasure to co-host Eden Roc’s first ever puppy yoga! Not only does the hotel have gorgeous ocean view, but the staff is the absolute sweetest and most hospitable. The event was a success, bringing joy to the attendees as well as to our rescue pups. 10/10 would recommend!
Eden Yoga Puppy Yoga 2
We had such an amazing turnout at Eden Rocs first ever puppy yoga, that we decided to do it again ! Make sure to follow the Eden Roc Hotel and ALR instagram for all future puppy yoga dates.
Lincoln's Beard Brewery
Adoption Event
Lincoln’s Beard Brewing Co is a super cute spot near Kendall that offers refreshing beers and tasty bites. They have many dog friendly events, karaoke and other fun things to do. We were contacted by Casey from Dog Walker Pro to be part of a fundraiser and adoption event benefitting ALR and it’s adoptable pets. We are very grateful for Casey and Lincoln’s Beard- thanks to their hard work we were able to fundraise much needed supplies and funds. Don’t forget to pass by the brewery and grab a beer wirh your furry friend!
Kush Coconut Grove Adoption Event
Kush by Spillover in Coconut Grove is a a trendy gastro pub that also happens to be dog friendly ! They organized the cutest Halloween costume event and invited us to be a part of it. How could we say no? It was such a pleasure seeing all the furry pets dressed up and at the same time, we were able to find some of our adoptable pets their forever homes. Go grab a bite at Kush and tell them we say hello!
Ayva’s Puppy Party
ALR & our puppies had the honor of celebrating Ayva’s 7th Birthday party with her. Great company, amazing view and the puppies had the best time. Huge thanks to Amber Ridinger for having us.
Unbranded Brewing Co.
If you’ve ever wanted to checkout a wonderful brewery (inside and out) with games and delicious beer- look no further ! We were lucky enough to pair up with Unbranded and Panolos to bring you all a Pitty Pachanga! Many pitbull owners and supporters gathered to break the stereotype surrounding the breed.
“Yappy Hour” with Debris Free Oceans
HUGE thanks to @debrisfreeoceans for inviting us to be a part of this wonderful and scenic event for a great cause. It was a pleasure hearing the mayor and many other panelist speak on the importance of keeping our oceans and bay water clean from pet waste and other harmful debris. We had the pleasure of doing a “Shop With A Purpose” fundraiser with the amazing designer store, Alice + Olivia. They have beautiful pieces you should be sure to check out!
Pet Supermarket
Adoption Event
Pet Supermarket has been working closely with ALR since we first opened, offering donations on a monthly basis. They have over 200 store in 7 states and 40+ years of service. They carry many different brands and products for all kinds of pets. Aside from being a generous donor, they often invite us to their events to participate either for brand awareness or adoption events. We feel very fortunate to have them in our corner. If you’re ever in need of anything for your pet, we hope you can make it to a Pet Sueprmarket near you!

Pet Supermarket (Cutler Bay) Adoption Event
Love partnering up with Pet Supermarket in these adoption events! We were able to successfully get 5 puppies and 3 cats adopted out into their forever homes 🐾 Highly recommend their stores for all your pet needs!
